My late father had a gold 67 Plymouth GTX with a 426 hemi in his heyday. Showed me the highways up north where they drag raced. He got me into cars and we worked on my first car which was an old Camaro. Good memories hunting the junkyards with him for useful parts on the cheap. I don’t think I ever heard a 426 hemi idle until this video. Thanks for making that happen and reminding me of what a great dad he was.

I think these old school chargers look way better than today's chargers.

I had a 1970 Charger R/T 440 Magnum. Black with red & silver pin stripping and only year with wrap around chrome bumper. First car I owned with a AM/FM Cassette in dash. Cost $4,283.17 out the door included tax & tags. Still have the window sticker and sales receipt. Those days are long gone. And man that car was fast.
